I will be rockin' three decks from 12 - 1 on the second stage. Headling act is Sharam (of Deep Dish) and featured locals, Steez one stage one, and me on stage two. I will be throwing it down real f'in hard... so if you can, check it out!

finally got around to listening to this. I dug it. Very interesting mix I like how you transition between genres, nice an clean. nice to see more than one style in a mix, seems this is the way thing are going- multi genre/crossover ish. my only critique is the ludicris roll out track mixing on top the vocal of the incoming record made me want to cry. otherwise good stuff, hope to see more mixes from your camp soon.

^^^ Well thanks for the listen yo! I appreciate the feedback. Sometimes, the vocal overlap on that mix drives me nuts! If that Aphrodite track had no vocal, and just the beat, that shit would be so much better. The vocal cuts out mid sentence and can be pretty annoying. The mix still sounds all right, but the overlap does suck. I certainly should have used a track with no vocal, or at least less vocals. Aw well... I do completely agree though. If you are looking for more, check out " Freekz in da' Nite". I release it in 2005. It is some pretty wicked, dark, breaky goodness. Thanks again for the feedback! |

I am blown away at the # of views this thread has had. It's pretty impressive. You guys are awesome. I appreciate all of the support I have gotten from the Reno and Nor-Cal communities. Not only has this mixx gotten lots of views pretty rapidly, but my "Freekz in da' Nite" and "The Meow Mixx" mixes are the most viewed breaks mixes on UtahsDJs.com. Thanks again!!! Hopefully I will have a new studio mixx ready for you guys soon. Til then... you will just have to listen to the show.  |
