Here's the mix I threw together last week to get my new gig.  Turned out well so I mastered and uploaded it.  This is me on some party rocking/club shit sans rap.  Got a couple requests of people on here to to hear it, so I figured I post it up here.    It was mixed live in a couple takes for obvious reasons.  No multitrack or Ableton fuckery, just me on serato.

PREPARE FOR THE MASHPOCALYPSE!!!!!!

i think Steven King's head will explode when he see's your mainstream mix.lol

any mix with Kriss Kross is A-OK in my book. gonna check it as I actually like a lot of pop and I imagine a lot of these remixes are dope. My only problem with pop music is how much they bombard you with it to the point of wanting to kill yourself.

Yea Lady Gaga has some good songs, but I don't want to hear them 1,000,000 times in a month, nor do I want to hear any song that much.

Thanks Man

Yeah dude keeping the intensity is what you need to do when mixing this shit.  Get in, play the part of song people want to hear, and get the fuck out.  This is something I wish more DJs in town would do and  and stop trying to impress people with half song blends, trife mash ups and sub par scratching/juggling.

That track list is insane! Reminds me of the last Mike Realm mix I heard. Definitely snatching this one. Review to follow.

clubbing baby seals with this are you?
you keep progressing with your mixes, my last personal fave was the one w/ the crimewave track awhile back. your personal edits aside - this is similar to what the hyatt got unloaded on them this past nye....i think thats why we cant be in the same building at the same time.

good on you for doing what you do,

Now if I could only scratch!   The learning curve and hearing how good the top party rockers can cut is really fucking intimidating.  That and ableton are def next on my to do list.

Haha yeah I had decided to go all in and go with shit that I know has worked in the club.  I could have taken it a bit further with the house but I didn't want to over do it.   And btw I'm on a couple great dj services, so if you ever need tracks I got you. Just bring over a flash drive and take whatever you want.

sweet -thanks for the offer! -
glad you're doing well, too - hope you get something worth it to you for all the work you've put into what you do.
you can always slide some house in around what people know, @ hyatt i'd drop in some andy c from time to time without getting bottles thrown at me.
